We offer a variety of tanning solutions to suit your preferences. Before your session, you'll receive a consultation from us to help choose your ideal shade. Our options range from light to medium to dark. Many of our shades you can pick to be either glowy, more bronze, or even both! In a hurry? No problem — we also offer a rapid solution that develops in just 4–6 hours.
Infrared Sauna
An infrared sauna session uses gentle infrared heat to warm the body directly, promoting deep sweating, detox, pain relief, and relaxation. With a TV inside, you can sit back, unwind, and enjoy your favorite shows while boosting your overall well-being in just 20 to 45 minutes.
Note: Before your sauna session, make sure you’re well-hydrated and avoid very heavy meals before. Wear light clothing or use the towels provided, and arrive a few minutes early to relax and prepare your body for the heat.
Red Light Therapy/Compression Therapy
Red light therapy uses low-level red and near-infrared light to penetrate the skin promoting skin healing, reducing inflammation, easing pain, and improving overall skin tone and texture. This non-invasive treatment supports natural recovery and rejuvenation.
Compression therapy applies targeted pressure to the limbs to enhance blood flow, reduce swelling, relieve muscle fatigue, and promote faster recovery after exercise or injury. This treatment will improve circulation and support overall vascular health.

We use Sjolie and Glazed Sunless tanning solutions for a natural, flawless tan, with the option to add custom glow-enhancing additives. After a quick consultation, we’ll choose the perfect solution for your skin type.
